Guided Care is a female owned business based in New York. With over a decade of experience in business development and intake operations within home health agencies, I identified a growing need for a dedicated platform that improves access to healthcare resources for individuals who may otherwise face challenges receiving care in their own homes. Guided Care is built around a mission to assist as many elderly and disabled individuals as possible by connecting them with qualified home health agencies.
Many elderly and disabled individuals in New York State face the significant challenge of finding reliable home health aides to help them manage their day-to-day activities. They often struggle with the heavy reliance on family and friends for support or end up with inadequate services that do not meet their unique needs, we at Guided Care are dedicated to becoming a premier catalyst in providing essential information, step-by-step guidance, expertise and show the right path forwards to families and individuals in need.
